Weaving traditional nursing with clinical herbalism and Natural Family Planning (Billings Method)
+ Birth Doula
• You sense that your cycle is more than a monthly physical process. It is a window into the beautiful design of your body, revealing patterns in your hormones, fertility, energy, and well-being. You want to understand what your body is communicating, not just manage its symptoms.
• You are experiencing painful periods, acne, exhaustion, irregular cycles, or intense mood changes and sense that your body is asking for deeper nourishment and care. You want to understand the root of what may be contributing to these patterns and learn how to support your body toward greater balance.
• You want to understand how nutrition, herbal supplementation, daily rhythms, and lifestyle can nourish your hormonal and reproductive health and support the body God created you to be.
• You want to learn fertility awareness as more than simply a way to track ovulation. You want a solid foundation in the Billings Method so you can understand your fertility and confidently make decisions about achieving or postponing pregnancy with your husband.
• You are preparing for marriage, hoping to conceive, intentionally planning your family, or simply longing to understand your fertility more deeply.
• You desire to care for your body as an act of stewardship, recognizing that your fertility is not a problem to be managed, but a beautiful part of the way God created you.
• You are drawn to the Theology of the Body and want to deepen your understanding of the goodness of the body, the meaning of fertility, and the way our bodies reveal something of the gift of who we are.
• You are ready to slow down, listen more closely, and become more attentive to the subtle ways your body communicates through your fertility signs, sensations, energy, and changing rhythms.
• You want to approach your fertility with greater peace and trust, inviting God into the process and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you toward greater wisdom, stewardship, and freedom.

Meet Kellie
I am so honored to be sharing this space with you.
My passion for helping women understand, honor, and care for their bodies began with my own healing journey over a decade ago. As I learned to listen to my menstrual cycle and the wisdom written into my body, I began to experience a deeper reverence for the beauty of God’s design.
My work is informed by my experience as a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a clinical herbalist with a Master of Science from Notre Dame of Maryland University’s School of Integrative Health, and a Billings Method-trained Natural Family Planning teacher. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support women through both the clinical and deeply personal dimensions of their health, while honoring the wisdom and dignity inherent in the female body.
I discovered that the menstrual cycle is not simply a monthly inconvenience to manage, but one of the ways our bodies communicate with us. Our fertility is a gift, an intricate and dynamic expression of the way God created us as women. Learning to recognize and understand our cycles can become an invitation to greater self-knowledge, stewardship, and peace.
The body speaks through sensations, signs, and rhythms. In our busy world, we often begin listening only when our bodies speak loudly through symptoms. But what if we cultivated such an intimate awareness of our bodies that we could recognize their quieter invitations, too? What if we learned to notice the changes in our cycles, cervical mucus, temperature, and other fertility signs, not with fear or frustration, but with curiosity, reverence, and compassion?
This kind of awareness has the power to transform our relationship with our bodies. Rather than viewing fertility as something to suppress, fear, or separate from ourselves, we can learn to receive it as part of the beautiful design of womanhood.
This is at the heart of my work within my practice. As a Billings Method-trained teacher, I offer Natural Family Planning education for women and couples who desire to understand their fertility and live in greater harmony with the way God created their bodies. Whether you are learning your cycle for the first time, preparing for marriage, seeking to achieve or postpone pregnancy, or simply longing to better understand your body, I am here to walk alongside you.
My work is rooted in the belief that our bodies are good, our fertility is meaningful, and our sexuality is inseparable from the dignity of the whole person. Natural Family Planning can become more than a method of charting fertility. It can be a way of growing in knowledge, communication, self-mastery, and a deeper appreciation for the gift of marriage and family.
Having moved through my early years feeling disconnected from my body, it is now my heartbeat to help other women return home to themselves, to their cycles, to their bodies, to their fertility, and ultimately to the goodness of the One who created them.
